FAQs
-
What medium are your paintings?
My paintings are created using either oil on canvas, linen, or board, or watercolor on paper. Each medium is chosen thoughtfully to best express the initial idea, bringing the vision to life through texture, color, and light. Just as storytelling shapes your journey online, the choice of medium shapes the impact of the artwork.

Why is a painting listed as being AVAILABLE FOR PREORDER?
Oil paintings require several weeks to fully dry before they can be varnished. Typically, the drying process takes about 3 to 4 weeks, allowing the paint layers to cure properly. Once dry, a protective varnish is applied, which itself needs additional time—usually 1 to 2 weeks—to set and complete the curing process. This varnish layer safeguards the artwork from dust, UV light, and environmental factors, ensuring its longevity and preserving the colors and textures as intended.
Due to this necessary drying and varnishing period, finished oil paintings are shipped approximately 7 to 8 weeks after the preorder date. Customers will receive an email confirming their order and providing updates throughout the drying and varnishing timeline, until the artwork is ready to be shipped.
